PAYMENT OF FEES FOR FOURTH QUARTER

Dear Parents,

As you are aware, fourth quarter has already begun wef 01 January 2026. With this fee for the 4th term has also become due which is required to be paid positively by 27 January 2026.

Note- Parents who have not paid fee for 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter please note that the date for fee payment with current rates of fine has been extended to 19 January 2026: After 19 January following fine will be charged

Late fee for 1st quarter - Rs. 300/-

Late fee for 2nd quarter - Rs.200/-

Late fee for 3rd quarter - Rs.100/-

You are requested to pay the fees at HDFC bank Giddarbaha branch or Online through School App or in the School Office at the earliest.

ਚੋਥੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਲਈ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ, ਚੋਥੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ 01 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2026 ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਚੋਥੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ 27 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।

ਨੋਟ- ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ, ਦੂਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਭਰੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਦਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਫੀਸ ਦੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 19 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
19 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ

ਪਹਿਲੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਲਈ ਲੇਟ ਫੀਸ - 300/- ਰੁਪਏ

ਦੂਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਲਈ ਲੇਟ ਫੀਸ - 200/- ਰੁਪਏ

ਤੀਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਲਈ ਲੇਟ ਫੀਸ -100/- ਰੁਪਏ

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਐਚਡੀਐਫਸੀ ਬੈਂਕ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਜਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਨੋਟ: ਜੇਕਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਣਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਰੋ।
