Dear Parents 

Pre exam “PTM” to discuss the syllabus and other issues if any for all classes will be held on Saturday 23 August 2025, from 08:30 AM to 11:30 AM . You are requested to attend the meeting and adhere to the  timings. 

All parents are also requested to pay the fees for 1st and 2nd quarter on or before the day of PTM (23 August 2025). 

Note : Please also note that 23 August 2025 will be the last day for issue of no due slips to the students on clearing the dues .
Students will not able to sit in exams without No Due Slip.

ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੜਾਈ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੀ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ “ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ” ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ 23 ਅਗਸਤ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 08:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 11:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਭਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 

ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ (23 ਅਗਸਤ 2025) ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ। 

ਨੋਟ : ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਨੋਟ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ 23 ਅਗਸਤ 2025 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਨੋ ਡਿਊ ਸਲਿੱਪ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਆਖਰੀ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਬਿਨਾਂ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਸਲਿੱਪ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੈਠ ਸਕਣਗੇ।
